The Early Years Programme at Moes Schools equips pupils with a headstart they won’t experience elsewhere. Our nurturing environment encourages our youngest pupils to feel secure and build their independence. We balance a rich academic environment with a creative and purposeful play. 

A skilled and dedicated teacher who is an expert in early childhood education and inquiry-based learning leads each classroom. In our purpose-built environment, the pre-school classrooms are designed to meet the need of our young stars. We see parents as key partners and encourage parental involvement in all that we do.

Our well-trained teachers start each class section from the pupils’ own experience and understanding. This approach helps build and develop further knowledge, skills, and confidence in our pupils. Moes teachers strive to create and maintain classroom climates that are inclusive and foster the development of positive attitudes towards learning.

College

While primary and junior schools at Moes are about building a strong academic foundation, the senior school is all about preparing our students for higher education and is also designed to prepare students for life and work beyond the classroom.  At this level, Moes students benefit from an educational environment which stresses higher-level critical thinking and research skills.

This intensive academic programme, along with strong co-curricular and leadership studies, will help our students gain acceptance into the university of their choice with generous entrance scholarships.

Admission Procedures

STEP 1: Obtain the application form (N5,000) and fill out the form.

STEP 2: Submit complete application form with the following documents:

  • Photocopy of birth certificate
  • Previous academic records
  • 2 Colour passports photograph
  • Immunization card

STEP 3: Decide when it is convenient to take the assessment and inform the school about it.

STEP 4: A brief interview will be conducted by the Head of the School with the candidate and the parent in attendance

STEP 5:  Provisional admission is offered to a successful candidate.

Middle & College Admission Details

Student coming into any of the various departments for admission would be subjected to an assessment test. This test is to evaluate and give better advice to the parent(s) based on the student's performance and to ensure proper monitoring regarding the outcome of the student's performance.

Subjects Combination For Sciences

Student enrolling for sciences will be assessed on the following subjects:

  • Mathematics
  • English Language
  • Chemistry
  • Physics

Subjects Combination For Commercial/ Humanities

Student enrolling for commercial/humanities will be assessed on the following subjects:

  • Mathematics
  • English Language
  • Finacial Accounting
  • Government

Subjects Combination For Arts

Student enrolling for Arts will be assessed on the following subjects:

  • Mathematics
  • English Language
  • Literature
  • Government

Subjects Combination For Junior School

Student enrolling for junior classes (JSS1-JSS3 ) will only be assessed on:

  • Mathematics
  • English Language
