Director's Speech
Moes School is keenly interested in raising global citizens and leaders, as reflected in our mission statement, “preparing students for the demands of the 21st century.” Given the challenges facing our planet today, we know our students will be called upon to lead their communities, their colleagues, and in some cases, their countries. If we are to best prepare our students to meet these challenges, we must inspire them to become leaders of character, purpose and vision.
Hence, we encourage and challenge our students to strive for character and academic excellence. Every child is inspired to develop a life-long love of learning and good conduct. We know that both are crucial for success in the 21st century. From kindergarten, Moes pupils benefit from innovative teaching techniques and a program of study that is inquiry-based.
At MS, we understand that the quality of character determines the quality of leaders. As such, we challenge our students to establish worthy goals and to act to good purpose so that our overall objective of developing leaders who are broad-minded, intelligent, thoughtful and confident will be fulfilled.
